Who is your customer?

Individuals, families, and business owners that would like to understand what they need to purchase to protect their assets while getting the best value for their dollar.

How long have you been in this business?

The Agency started in 2019 but I started in the insurance field in 1980.  The agency has evolved, and I am fortunate to have my husband working with me, as well as my partners in business. We are all established professionals and have grown up in the industry have an incredible grasp of the industry, the product lines, and what works best for clients.

What did you do before that?

Over fifteen years working for Fortune 5 Corporations in the field of insurance – customer service, underwriting, and sales. I was fortunate to have the tutelage of my father, who worked as an insurance agent for over 51 years.

Why did you start your business?

Primarily to provide an entrepreneurial opportunity to individuals, educate and service people in insurance and index annuity products that will provide a legacy for their family.

What do you enjoy most about it?

Handling an array of client’s needs and the diverse types of clients that I have from the young adult just starting out in life;  to the new life investor in finance;  to that individual who decided he is going to roll the dice and start his own business and call his own shots.  There is not a day that goes by that I can say that I am bored.

What makes your business different from others that do similar things?

I believe that it is because I am in position via our Zoom.us format to have a conversation with anyone in the United States, understand their needs and provide them with the products and services through my companies.  My linage is entrepreneurial.  My grandparents started the first public works business in New Kensington, PA in the 1930’s.  My father and mother continued the trend and established a thriving real estate and insurance business in Chicagoland suburban area that lasted for 51 years.  My grandparents and parents were all socially conscious, generation to generation, Presidents of the N.A.A.CP., Mayor of the town, PLCCA, Second Baptist Church, West Suburban Real Estate, Corporate Board members, and I and the next generation of our family have continued in that vein.

What special things do you do for your customers?

  • I teach my customers the Money Game.
